Rock the Oklahoma LDE Greenhand FFA Test 2026 – Ignite Your Leadership Passion!

The purpose of the FFA greenhand degree is to acknowledge new members' participation in the organization. This degree serves as an important first step in the FFA journey, signaling to both the individual and the broader FFA community that the member has made a commitment to engage with FFA activities, learn about agricultural topics, and participate in local chapter events. It aims to encourage involvement and provide a foundation for growth within the organization, fostering leadership skills and a deeper understanding of agricultural principles.

This focus on participation is key, as the greenhand degree is often awarded shortly after joining, celebrating the initial steps and efforts of new members as they embark on their FFA experience. It helps to instill a sense of belonging and motivation to progress further within the ranks of FFA, which can lead to earning additional degrees as members gain more experience and commit to developing their knowledge and leadership abilities in agriculture.
